Nearly 2,500 leaders from around the globe are meeting in Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting 2022. This year, the meeting is centered around the theme History at a Turning Point: Government Policies and Business Strategies. It’s the first in-person meeting in more than two years.
[Reuters] Geneva-based WEF says the meeting will bring together more than 2,000 leaders and experts from around the world, somewhat smaller than some past meetings. No government or corporate bigwigs from Russia were invited, because of the Ukraine war.
