Taylor Barker, a trucker from Kingsport, Tennessee, gives an inspiring speech.
Here is our version of what he says:
“I respond with this: we are humanity. We’re together like a clock, a pocket watch with a bunch of gears in it.
You take one gear out, what happens to the clock?
I think when people finally do realise how important they really are, then maybe they’ll feel better about themselves, and maybe they’ll understand that they’re part of this clock called humanity.
And we need to turn our radios off, turn the TVs off, and start being human beings again.”
