A decision to ban unvaccinated students from their own graduation ceremony this Thursday (June 2) has sparked protest at Granada Hills Charter High School, where a group of parents and students rallied against the policy outside campus on Tuesday (May 31).
Parents pushing back against the decision said the California school’s ban based on vaccination status discriminates against their children, who opted to continue remote learning rather than get vaccinated against COVID-19.
