Florida won’t be enforcing Biden’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers upheld by the Supreme Court on Thursday (Jan. 13).
“If you’re unvaccinated, naturally immune, and uninfected, they fire you. But if you are COVID-positive and vaccinated, which we know most of the people that are COVID-positive now are vaxxed, they are going back on the job,” said Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
.@GovRonDeSantis: The medical vaccine mandate is INSANE.

“It just shows you that CMS mandate is absolutely insane especially given the ineffectiveness of these shots to actually stop transmission,” he added.
“Firing unvaccinated healthcare workers, many of whom have infection-conferred immunity, is unethical and unscientific on its face,” declared the governor’s press secretary.
“How does that keep anyone safe?”
