In a massive show of opposition to mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policies, tens of thousands of people attended protests in cities across Germany on Saturday (Jan. 8).

According to police estimates, roughly 16,000 people attended a rally in Hamburg, while 1,600 gathered in the Schwerin, where a banner at the head of the procession said: “Parents and grandparents say !!!NO!!! to Covid-19 vaccinations for children!” Drums and trumpets accompanied both marches.
