The hackable human – here’s an example of a technology that can already do that

A top-secret technology called “biocoded directed energy.” A person’s DNA code is entered into a supercomputer where algorhythms run that biocode electromagnetic transmissions so that they bioresonate with the person’s body. Once that is done, they can transmit the signal from a satellite to a cell tower or an airplane or any other way, and the signal will only affect you and no one else.
