The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has announced that it will comply with the 5th U.S. Circuit Court’s order to suspend the implementation and enforcement of Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for large businesses.
Last week the 5th Circuit Court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the mandate “until further court order.”
In response, OSHA has now suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the mandate pending future developments in the litigation.
