A statement by The Presidency says he is getting treatment for mild symptoms after returing a positive test on 12 December 2021.
“The President started feeling unwell after leaving the State Memorial Service of former Deputy President FW De Klerk in Cape Town eatlier today [Sunday]”, the Presidency said.
Ramaphosa is said to be in good experience, self-isolating in Cape Town. Duties have been delegated to Deputy President David Mabuza for the next week.
