Australia: PLANNED AHEAD and signed in 2018 – 95% vaccination, Biometric Digital ID Pass System Via DNA Collection

Please Refer to the IHR agreement signed in 2005 that activated the “pan-corona” measures.
It is set for completion in the year and was actioned in 2016/2017 by the WHO.
In this document all state premiers in Australia were being informed that the Public Health Dept will be planning to vaccinate 95% of the Australian population.
